Where is my order?
We provide tracking information for every order that we ship. Please check your email inbox for the tracking number for your specific order. If you have lost it or are unable to locate it, please contact us and we can resend the tracking information to you.
How can I exchange items ?
We can only exchange items that are returned in new and unused condition. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns and exchanges. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting our customer service department: orders@mysoundbed.com Phone: 833-768-6323. The RMA number must be on the packing slip and on the outside of the box, or else we will refuse the shipment.
Does SoundBed come in Custom Sizes?
Yes! We can create a SoundBed® that is a perfect fit for whatever you need. Send us an email to: info@mysoundbed.com with the dimensions that you need us to make and we will have it custom made for you. Please measure Width, Length and Depth in inches and send it along with a photo of what you will be fitting SoundBed® onto, and someone from our Production Team will reach out to confirm your request. *Please allow 4-6 weeks for all custom orders.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Periodically we advertise discounts via our Instagram Page as well as sales during the Holiday season. If you would like to know when we will be offering both, please sign up for our email list as we send Exclusive Discounts to members that have subscribed.
What are my delivery options?
We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $250 or more. Due to the weight of SoundBed®, we use U.S.P.S. as our postal courier. For orders under $250, we offer Flat Rate shipping. If you have any special shipping needs, please contact: orders@mysoundbed.com and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
What are my payment options?
We are excited to partner with Klarna. Klarna Credit is an affordable and highly flexible financing option which is offered at the checkout of online stores. The open-end line of credit is issued by WebBank in partnership with Klarna, and it allows you to pay for your purchases over time. We also offer Standard Credit/Debit card transactions as well as payments through PayPal. You will have the option of selecting your payment method upon checkout.
